Product Design intern

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for sales demos, internal showcases, and product experiments.
• Collaborate across functions, working alongside product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.
• Support design operations by helping to organize, prioritize, and manage design tasks to ensure clear ownership and fast delivery.
• Evolve the design system by contributing to maintaining and improving Niural’s design systems for visual and UX consistency.
• Participate in research, assisting in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to gather insights and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Have 1–2 years of hands-on design experience (internship, freelance, or academic projects), ideally with SaaS or digital products.
• Be fluent in Figma (preferred) or similar design and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Have experience building interactive prototypes for web or mobile applications.
• Bring strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of UX principles and user flows.
• Balance detail-oriented execution with a broader understanding of business and user goals.
• Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and communicating ideas clearly.
• Be self-motivated, organized, and thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Love feedback, iterate quickly, and always look for ways to improve both your work and the process.
