Product Design Director, Growth

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Design Director Growth to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for company
• Lead and mentor a team of IC Product Managers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
• Drive clarity on APIs and data flows for operational efficiency
• Balance delivery needs with architectural investments
• Establish success metrics for platform health and reliability
• Represent company in executive-level discussions

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of Product Management experience in technical systems
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture and APIs
• Track record in regulated environments like fintech or banking
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts

Pay

$242,000 – $335,000 annually
