Marketing$105k–$201k/yrFull-time

About the role

When you join Verizon you want more out of a career. A place to share your ideas freely — even if they’re daring or different. Where the true you can learn, grow, and thrive. At Verizon, we power and empower how people live, work and play by connecting them to what brings them joy. We do what we love — driving innovation, creativity, and impact in the world. Our V Team is a community of people who anticipate, lead, and believe that listening is where learning begins. In crisis and in celebration, we come together — lifting our communities and building trust in how we show up, everywhere & always.

As the Product Demand - Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a critical role within the Growth Marketing team, directly supporting and reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing product demand campaigns. You are the tactical execution engine and central point of coordination between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to bring growth marketing campaigns to market to drive demand. This is an execution-focused growth marketing role — not a general product marketing function. You will translate product positioning and messaging into actionable, full-funnel growth strategies and high-converting marketing campaigns. Your focus will center on audience segmentation, targeted list development, multi-channel demand generation campaigns, and aggressive customer migration initiatives — specifically driving the transition from legacy TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) networks to Verizon’s Advanced Solutions as well as demand for these products among prospects.

Responsibilities

Establishing clear communication channels and regular governance processes to provide campaign updates, align on objectives, and track execution.
    • Continuous Feedback Loop: Proactively engaging with field marketing and solutions teams to assess growth opportunities, actively solicit feedback on campaign performance, and rapidly iterate on tactics.
  • Tactical Growth Execution & Messaging Guidance

    • Strategy-to-Tactics Translation: Taking overarching value propositions from Product Marketing and converting them into concrete, multi-touch growth campaigns.
    • Messaging & Creative Guidance: Providing creative guidance based on strategic messaging for growth campaign development that highlights Verizon’s unique value, addresses key customer friction points, and demonstrates Verizon’s value proposition.
    • TDM-to-IP Migration Campaigns: Planning and executing time-sensitive migration campaigns to transition from legacy TDM/copper networks to modern fiber, Ethernet, and advanced wireless solutions.
    • Content development: Partnering with third parties and stakeholders in the development of meaningful content to drive demand in programmatic and syndication efforts.
  • Segmentation & List Development

    • Audience Segmentation: Working with database marketing to build, refine, and maintain granular target lists derived from Verizon customer base analytics.
    • List Enrichment & AI Capabilities: Utilizing internal customer databases and AI resources to size the addressable market and develop targeted campaign lists.
  • Sales Enablement, Market Feedback & Performance Tracking

    • Sales Enablement Kits: Packaging marketing assets into plug-and-play outreach toolkits for direct sales reps and account executives to capitalize on lead generation.
    • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Tracking and measuring campaign progress against KPIs (Click-to-Convert Rates, Migration TDM-to-IP Conversions, MQL/SQL Volume, and Incremental Bookings generated) to optimize ROI.
