About the role
As a Data Product Delivery Manager within Corporate and Investment Banking Payments Operations - Data Insights and Analytics Solutions Team, you work to enhance and optimize the delivery of data products to assist operations in gaining insights for continuous improvement, manage risk, and prepare for future growth.
Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, feasibility decision-making, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and product performance monitoring
- Manages change management activities across functional partners ensuring adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Executes product roadmap by taking ownership of multiple projects at the same time
- Effectively tracks timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers/risks, liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Creates quality product documentation including requirements specifications, business cases, test scenarios, and material for user awareness
Requirements
- Strong experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery management
- Experience in senior stakeholder management, navigating through complex situations providing clarity to teams and leading by influence
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities independently by acting as a change agent
- Effectively manage risk, cross-impacts to ensure business continuity
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, Development lifecycle, Agile methodology
Skills
- Experience in handling data/automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks paired with strong query (e.g., SQL) skills to validate business requirements and defining metrics is preferred
- Proficiency in product delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Hands-on experience in the area of data modeling and analysis to discover beneficial insights
- Wholesale Payments lifecycle domain expertise would be a plus

Pay
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
