Product Delivery Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Product Delivery Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead end-to-end delivery efforts across software development and deployment workstreams, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning through launch. You will serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams and stakeholders, helping maintain momentum, transparency, and accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position calls for someone who can proactively remove blockers, keep schedules on track, and translate business needs into clear execution plans in a fast-paced technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Drive projects from planning through market launch across all lifecycle phases Own and track delivery plans to ensure timely, budget-compliant outcomes Serve as the main contact for all delivery streams, including development and deployment Identify and eliminate team impediments and process bottlenecks Resolve cross-team issues proactively to maintain schedules Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations Manage client relationships and provide regular updates to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, MIS, Engineering, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in software development and IT project delivery Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams Familiarity with enterprise-level clients and agile projects Proficient in stakeholder engagement, including C-level interactions Ability to translate business processes into clear deliverables Eagerness to understand technical details and merchant perspectives Benefits Collaborative work environment fostering teamwork and communication Opportunities for professional growth and learning Engagement with diverse teams and high-level clients Involvement in innovative projects within the tech and financial sectors Potential for process improvement and policy recommendations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
