Product Delivery Lead (Agile Project Manager)
About the role
The Director or experienced Senior Consultant will lead a team or teams designing and building modern, services-based web applications using an agile, AI-native delivery model for a large government agency. They will manage a team of 10-25 people, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day work and delivery execution of all work for 1 to 2 Agile project teams of 10-15 people each team.
- Ensures quality execution and satisfaction of client requirements according to contract management and delivery processes, and CGI's client partnership management framework.
- Responsible for building strategic client relationships for applicable AOS products.
- Liaison between project client(s) and senior and/or executive GSA leadership with ownership, decision-making power, and/or buy-in of work within the Product Delivery team.
- Manage team-level financials and forecasting.
- Communicates staffing needs to Staffing and Talent Manager.
- Coaches and mentors team members.
- Fosters a healthy and inclusive project team environment and culture.

- Experience delivering on an Agile project.

Pay
To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500 - $276,200.
Schedule
This position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S., with a preferred location in Fairfax, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
