Product Delivery & Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of software products and enhancements from concept through production.
• Translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies.
• Cook up activities across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
• Ensure product releases are delivered according to agreed timelines.

Quality Management

• Establish and maintain software quality standards.
• Lead quality assurance planning throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure appropriate test strategies are executed including: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, Release Validation.
• Review testing metrics and defect trends.
• Drive root cause analysis for recurring production issues.
• Promote continuous quality improvement practices.
• Validate completed features against business expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, product management, QA, or project delivery.
• Experience: Managing Agile software delivery.
• Experience: Working with cloud-based software platforms.
• Understanding: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Experience: Managing software releases.
• Experience: Working directly with customers and stakeholders.
