With 15M+ monthly users, 130B+ annual messages, and a team of fewer than 200, we move fast, stay lean, and tackle technical problems at a scale few companies ever see. Grindr is building the Global Gayborhood - a more useful, expansive, and intelligent digital home for our community. With more than 80% of our users living outside the United States, we operate at a scale, speed, and level of global complexity few consumer technology companies face. That means significant product innovation, with much of it enabled by AI, across the ways our users discover, connect, communicate, and participate in community. The legal questions are correspondingly interesting and consequential. The Legal team sits
