A creative mindset and an ability to find solutions where others see barriers are also important. Experience advising software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools companies regarding open-source software licensing, compliance, and governance is a bonus. Experience using AI tools (such as Claude or similar) to enhance legal workflow efficiency is a plus.
