Product Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Be the expert: Become an expert in sample ordering. Maintain a sample log for customer sample requests and samples sent to customers for early approval.
- Support and Partner: Partner with sales to understand customer needs and assist with line planning, as needed. Work with overseas offices to coordinate sample shipping; staying abreast of any changes that will affect or delay sample delivery. Advise Sales team of changes, including material and finishing problems; and any quality issues.
- Assist: Assist with preparation for shoe shows and customer presentations, including assuring that key samples, line sheets, photo logs, wallcharts are available.
Qualifications
- College degree in Design, Development or Merchandising
- Microsoft Office Products
- Adobe Illustrator/InDesign preferred
- Experience with a PLM program a plus
- CAD design a plus
