Product Coach

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Coach with a strong, hands-on product management background (Product Manager/Product Owner) who brings deep expertise in product strategy, customer-centricity, and outcome-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Align product teams to organizational strategy, guiding leaders and practitioners to make better product decisions, prioritize outcomes over outputs, and continuously improve value delivery.
• Provide advanced coaching and apply multiple coaching stances (mentor, advisor, facilitator) to support teams at different maturity levels while co-discovering solutions rather than prescribing them.
• Act as an embedded partner, working onsite with teams to build, evolve, and refine how value is delivered through technology, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Bring a broad and deep toolkit across product management, agile, and lean practices, and diagnose team maturity to guide targeted, high-impact improvements.
• Accelerate adoption of the product model, helping the enterprise improve speed, alignment, and customer value delivery.
• Apply practical product leadership experience to solve complex challenges, coaching teams and leaders to internalize modern product practices and sustain behavior change.
• Play a key role in shaping the coaching practice, influencing standards, and mentoring other coaches to build a high-performing, world-class product coaching capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management (Product Manager/Product Owner).
• Deep expertise in product strategy, customer-centricity, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Ability to translate product management principles into practical, real-world solutions for teams, leaders, and multi-squad environments.
• Proven track record of coaching product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, strategy execution, and operating models.
• Experience in IT product management; Agile and Lean-related certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Airline product management experience.
• Product Transformation Coaching experience.

Work Environment

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is between $90.00 and $95.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
