Product & Client Transformation Office: Real Assets Client Solutions – SVP

About the role

The Transformation Office at Citco is dedicated to creating a consistent ability to standardize and optimize the organization. By integrating expertise across processes, platforms, and business lines, we provide clear direction and governance for change, enabling CFS to continuously evolve and scale to meet market dynamics, business demands, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess client fund servicing needs and design target operating models.
• Identify and recommend technology solutions best suited to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development to demonstrate and communicate the office's expertise during client pitches.
• Design and implement strategic client transformation engagements, working closely with clients and the wider Citco business.
• Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge of Real Assets, including real estate, infrastructure, natural capital, and real estate debt.
• Guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge to Business Analysts and broader project and business teams.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives, highlighting areas of risk.
• Contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
• Stay updated on industry changes and technology advancements, and lead the team in identifying and prioritizing key areas for transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of real assets industry experience.
• Professional Certificate, Bachelor, or Master level degree in relevant fields.
• Client-facing experience in financial services industry essential.
• Strong knowledge of real assets, including real estate, infrastructure, natural capital, and real estate debt, and private equity fund structures, fund types, and asset operations.
• Familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards and regulatory reporting beneficial.
• Business development and client relationship management experience beneficial.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives beneficial.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager beneficial.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be creative and innovative.
