About the role
As a Product Change Manager (PCM) for Tate's Bake Shop, you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes. You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you'll connect functions, solve problems, and keep projects moving fast, gaining end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle and growing your capabilities as a project leader in a dynamic fast‑paced environment across a portfolio of $200MM in Gross Revenue with 5% annual productivity and 15% annual growth. In this high‑impact role, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of projects of Tate's commercialization portfolio — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully ready to launch. You will operate at the intersection of agility and discipline, helping Tate's scale with speed while upholding excellence in project delivery, and playing as a critical partner in enhancing portfolio governance.
