The Product Certification Specialist owns the full lifecycle of product certification and compliance for Lab37’s robotic food‑production systems. This role develops and maintains the company’s compliance strategy across sanitation, electrical safety, and operator safety, translating national standards, local health‑code requirements, and business needs into practical product requirements and internal processes. The Product Certification Specialist works closely with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Operations, certification bodies, and local regulators to ensure products are designed, documented, tested, manufactured, and deployed in accordance with applicable requirements.
Demand for online food delivery is growing rapidly. In the last five years, the U.S. market has expanded 10× from $10 B to $100 B and could reach $500 B–$1 T by 2030.
