About the role

This role at Endress+Hauser focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth. The individual will act as a key technical liaison, facilitating customer transitions from competitive products, supporting mid-level engineering initiatives, and promoting Endress+Hauser’s advanced solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to support company objectives and revenue growth
  • Facilitate customer transitions from competitive products by highlighting Endress+Hauser product value and benefits
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs
  • Oversee MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and project execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
  • Provide technical guidance for gas analyzers used in Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) applications
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs
  • Support mid-level engineering initiatives through consultative engagement and solution-based selling
  • Provide training and education on instrumentation best practices to customers and sales channels
  • Promote Endress+Hauser as an advanced solutions provider for energy management systems
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring effective communication with sales channels and customers

Requirements

  • You will have (required): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management, or a related field) or equivalent experience with 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, application engineering, marketing, or a related industry
  • Travel required: up to 50% (primarily within the U.S., with limited international trainings)

Qualifications

  • You may have (preferred): Relevant experience working with and around gas analyzer products and applications
  • Collaborates effectively with others, sometimes across departments, to achieve organizational goals and enhance customer experience
  • Knowledge of role specific Endress+Hauser instrumentation portfolio
  • Able to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and self-motivation, taking pride in your work and channeling energy into achieving tasks with a strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrates trust, respect, and support for others, fostering teamwork and a collaborative spirit

Skills

  • Technical expertise in gas analyzers and CEM applications
