About the role

This position combines business analysis, product thinking, ownership of innovation, and data-driven decision-making to identify, prioritize, and deliver meaningful software improvements. We are looking for a mid-level professional who is passionate about:

The ideal candidate is not simply gathering requirements; they are proactively identifying ways to improve systems, workflows, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Product Analysis & Innovation
    • Define and manage product requirements by translating business needs, customer feedback, and analytics into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to meet acceptance criteria with minimal rework
    • Analyze product usage, customer behavior, operational metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and software improvements
    • Proactively suggest AI-driven enhancements, workflow automation opportunities, and intelligent product improvements
    • Own and maintain portions of the product backlog and roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals
  • Data-Driven Product Ownership
    • Track and report product KPIs, including usage metrics, engagement, defect trends, cycle time, and customer satisfaction
    • Recommend and justify software improvements using quantitative and qualitative analysis
    • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination
  • Collaboration & Customer Focus
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, QA, UX/UI, customer success, leadership, and clients
    • Help ensure software usability, quality, and customer experience standards are consistently improved
    • Serve as a trusted partner between business stakeholders and technical teams
    • Take accountability and ownership for assigned initiatives, product areas, and continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Required
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare or B2B SaaS experience
    • 3–5 years of recent experience in: Business Analysis; Product Analysis; Assistant Product Management; Product Management; Software Solutions Analysis
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Demonstrated ability to independently identify software improvements and process optimization opportunities
    • Passion for software innovation, AI technologies, and modern product development practices
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision
    • Strong customer-focused and solution-oriented thinking
  • Preferred
    • Experience with AI-enabled business applications or analytics tools
    • Experience with Rapid Application Development platforms
    • Exposure to enterprise SaaS or compliance/risk management solutions
    • Experience working with dashboards, analytics, reporting, or workflow systems
    • Strong interest in growing within Product Management and Software Innovation leadership paths

Pay

$70,000–$100,000 per year
