About the role

This is a 12-month contract position based in Indianapolis, IN, with remote work options.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst in a product development environment.
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Work Front requests and actively manage reporting team's backlog.
• Learn customer needs and evaluate progress at each stage of development.
• Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of internal clients.
• Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to build and foster relationships.
• Lead resolution of project issues, focusing on the end product to ensure it meets expectations.
• Oversee project execution and support reporting team in managing client expectations across constraints such as scope, quality, and time.
