About the Role
We are seeking a Product Analyst (Technical Project Manager / Product Owner) to support the CDD/CTR product line. This role requires strong AML domain knowledge, experience gathering requirements, managing product backlogs, and working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver software products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Owner for CDD/CTR.
- Gather requirements and support the launch of new and existing AML product lines.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AML operations and software usage within financial institutions.
- Apply knowledge of AML requirements related to Fraud, SAR filing, CTR filing, and case management.
- Define and document user experience requirements.
- Create product documentation and user stories.
- Deliver software products, including end-user training and sales demonstrations.
- Work effectively as part of a self-organizing Agile team.
- Demonstrate understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives.
- Attend stand-ups, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives with Laundry and Margaritas teams.
- Attend PS meetings and create PBIs based on recommended product enhancements.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog by creating PBIs and bugs in Azure (TFS).
- Represent the Product Team in backlog prioritization and lead weekly Product Review sessions.
- Partner with the UI team on product design, including ADA compliance.
- Assist with release notes, user guides, and product documentation.
- Collaborate on the strategic product roadmap.
- Monitor security findings to ensure resolution or exemption before SLA deadlines.
- Prioritize and communicate security findings to product management.
- Manage the third-party vendor Risk Assessment process.
- Serve as the Product Representative for SOC Audits by:
- Acting as control owner for assigned audit items.
- Providing requested documentation.
- Managing audit documentation in SharePoint.
- Performing required bi-weekly and quarterly reviews.
- Perform quarterly CDD user reviews, including management review, disabling invalid users, tracking/logging RITMs, and maintaining required documentation, screenshots, and proof.
- Handle CDD Change Requests (CRs) by attending approval meetings and maintaining a log of all CRs.
- Manage OFAC list changes and review updates with the Product Team.
- Open RITMs for:
- Client CDD user access.
- CDD updates, releases, and patches.
- Coordinate customer notifications for CDD upgrades and releases outside maintenance windows while maintaining copies and logs for SOC audit purposes.
Requirements
- Software AML Business Analyst experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of AML operations within financial institutions.
- Knowledge of Fraud, SAR filing, CTR filing, and case management.
- Experience creating user stories and product documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively to all organizational levels.
- Experience with software product delivery, including user training and demonstrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Pay
