Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
• Responsible for producing quality products.
• Act as Quality control when examining output to ensure 100% adherence to requirements and in-process unit inspection throughout the build processes.
• Inspiration to find work when necessary.
• Complete forms as defined by industry standards.
• Take initiative to find work when necessary.
• Perform line clearance activities.
• Arrive on time, stay on task, and contribute to better output and reaching production goals.
• Maintain a clean general work area during the shift and proper cleaning at the end of each shift.
• Understand travelers, how to identify materials, use a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.
• Apply proper identification of materials and product as needed.
• Perform single or limited number of core tasks of routine nature on an assigned team or project.
• Understand and use basic tools, micro tooling and equipment for assembling and inspecting product (tweezer, cutter, pliers, rulers, micrometer, etc).
• Understand basic blueprints/specifications.
