Product Assistant

About the role

Join our Hardgoods Division as a Product Assistant and help shape the future of our product assortments in a highly collaborative, fast-moving merchandising environment. This role supports our Merchandising and Sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and vendor data, ensuring accurate setup, testing, and personalization readiness across systems.
• Coordinate sample tracking, facilitate reviews and approvals, and support photo sample preparation.
• Assist in preparing product data and visuals for catalog and web, ensuring clarity and consistency across brands.
• Support seasonal planning milestones, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Business-related experience or internship in merchandising, marketing, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and business partners in a professional, collaborative way.
• Experience using everyday office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word, and curiosity to learn new systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable approach with strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
