Product Application Engineer

As a PAE, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance for the sales department, Customer service (CSRs), and customers directly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the sales department and customers directly, assistance in preparing a technical offer, selection of an appropriate hydraulic motor and steering units.
• Provide technical support to customers during the sales process.
• Cooperate with internal departments (quality, production) in matters related to customer requirements.
• Create new products in SAP and PLM systems.
• Coordinate the creation of prototypes of new products.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (preferred field: mechanics and machine construction or mechatronics).
• Professional experience in a similar position.

Skills

• Good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of the basics of mechanics, hydraulics, and machine design.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Knowledge of technical drawing and CAD systems.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Communication skills, independence, openness to challenges.

Nice to Have

• 3D modeling skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of the White portfolio.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLM Teamcenter, Siemens NX.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the possibility of occasional after-hours to accommodate customer needs, including travel to customer locations. The role involves working in an open office where long periods of sitting and walking up and down stairs are required.
