Product Application Engineer

Job Overview

The Product Application Engineer will bridge the gap between complex technical products and customer needs. Responsibilities include providing pre- and post-sales technical customer support, managing customer-facing communication for failure analysis cases, creating and maintaining customer-facing technical documentation, and driving future product definition based on customer feedback.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support
• Aid in design integration and provide technical demonstrations
• Interface with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Update and maintain a tracker of active customer technical support issues
• Manage customer-facing communication for failure analysis cases
• Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation
• Act as the "voice of the customer" and advise R&D teams on market demands and necessary design improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product application role
• In-depth knowledge of AI, enterprise, and data center end markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion in a cross-functional setting
