Product and Business Operations Manager

Job Description

• Lead a team to execute strategy and product-related initiatives for Motorola Solutions' Video and Software (V&S) portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive product development and market offerings.
• Prioritize regional expansion through compliance approvals and language adaptations.
• Maintain product operations and ensure pricing documentation remains orderable, fulfillable, renewable, and maintainable until the offer ends-of-life.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience in public safety products with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong people management skills, setting clear goals and holding people accountable.
• Strategic oversight, translating strategy into actionable recommendations.
• Problem-solving abilities, leading troubleshooting efforts for complex issues and gathering high-level requirements.
• Optimization of offer structures for MSI's V&S portfolio offers using advanced system and tool expertise.
• Integration between the product team and IT, building scalable business processes powered by new system and tool functionality.

Additional Knowledge/Skills

• Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and synthesizing data.
• Understanding of ERP and/or quote-to-cash systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience in portfolio and/or product management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• No employer work permit sponsorship.
