Objectives Of This Role

• Support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Work closely with product managers and business teams to maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value or ROI
• Stay current on agile practices and ensure smooth execution of development cycles
• Advocate for quality assurance and testing excellence across product development

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features
• Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness
• Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met
• Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track
• Lead team meetings as needed to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues
• Cook up with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Maintain progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment
• Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $53.00/hr.
