Product Analyst - AEM

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support a Product Management team in a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, and testing teams by gathering requirements, analyzing defects, writing user stories, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Product & Requirements Analysis:
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct research on enhancement requests, production issues, and business processes
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
  • Analyze defects and identify root causes to support resolution efforts
  • Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements
• Agile Product Support:
  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities
  • Create and maintain user stories within Agile management tools
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and QA teams
  • Assist with release planning and product roadmap initiatives
• Test Coordination:
  • Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
  • Validate that delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution
  • Facilitate communication between testers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
  • Communicate requirements, priorities, risks, and project updates effectively
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify business needs and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, QA Analyst, or similar Agile role
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience coordinating testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
