Product Advisor - Power BI with Tableau Migration Expert

About the role

This position is for a seasoned data analytics professional who will drive pricing, revenue management, and business insights through advanced data analysis. Success in this role means delivering actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions, leading migration projects from Tableau to Power BI, and collaborating across teams to optimize data-driven outcomes. The role is central to the organization’s analytics function, bridging technical data capabilities with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leverage 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, business analytics, or related data-driven roles to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Apply 6+ years of hands-on SQL expertise, including writing complex queries, designing data models, and optimizing query performance.
• Utilize 2–3+ years of experience with Snowflake in enterprise data environments to manage and analyze large-scale data efficiently.
• Work with Microsoft Azure (4+ years of experience), including its data and analytics services, to support cloud-based data solutions.
• Develop and optimize data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau (5+ years of experience), with a focus on leading or supporting migration projects from Tableau to Power BI, including dashboard redesign, data validation, performance tuning, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making through clear presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ensuring a data-driven approach to all business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, business analytics, or other data-driven analytical roles.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• 2–3+ years of experience working with Snowflake in enterprise data environments.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including data and analytics services.
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI and Tableau.
• Proven experience leading or supporting Power BI to Tableau migration projects, including dashboard redesign, data validation, performance optimization, and user adoption.
