Lead Business Intelligence Consultant - Tableau / Power BI Dashboard - Reporting / Visualization
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Consultant to join the Chief Administration Office (CAO) Data Analytics and Insights Visualization team. This role partners directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, define reporting requirements, and deliver impactful dashboards and analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau, strong SQL and database skills, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable reporting and visualization products. This role supports key CAO functions, including Strategic Programs and Change Management, Supply Chain Management, and Enterprise Business Resiliency, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Job Expectations
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (at least 3 days in office/week). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience writing Microsoft SQL Server relational database queries, stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
- 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements from various sources including end-users and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years developing Power BI dashboards
- 5+ years developing Tableau dashboards or reports with Report Builder
