Producing Buyer's Agent (Houston)

Responsibilities

• Run a high-volume buyer pipeline using proven lead conversion systems and structured follow-up
• Secure buyer representation agreements on every consultation, no exceptions
• Identify the right properties, write winning offers, and negotiate with confidence
• Manage every contract through inspection, financing, and closing with zero dropped balls
• Build a referral network that generates consistent, warm business month after month
• Invest in your own growth through weekly coaching, skill-building, and team accountability

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• $2M+ in annual closed production required. Show us the numbers.
• 3+ years of residential real estate sales experience
• A real, documented track record of closed transactions on the buyer side
• Elite consultative and negotiation skills that win in a competitive market
• Efficient with CRM, e-signature, and MLS platforms
• Growth-obsessed, coachable, and hungry to outperform last year every year

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
