About the role
PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. This isn’t a desk‑manager job—you keep originating. We supply processing, underwriting, closing and back‑office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
- Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
- Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
Requirements
- About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
- Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
- Hold a Principal Lending license, or ability to obtain one where your state requires.
- Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
- Player‑coach, senior LO or team lead ready to run your own branch.
