Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader)

About the role

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. This isn't a desk‑manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back‑office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.

Requirements

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Be an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS); hold a Principal Lending license or be able to obtain one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Be a player‑coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Pay

• Base salary range: $80K‑$220K, with starting salary set according to your production history
• Earn commission on personal production plus a branch override
• Sign‑on bonus available
• Pay is also tied to your branch’s profit and loss (P&L)
