About the role

HUB International is a leading global insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment, and risk management products and services. We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our team of Insurance Sales Producers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prospecting for business based on local networks, connections, and communities
• Vital to our success in all product lines – from personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages
• Supported by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey
• Ensuring client satisfaction through superior customer service
• Developing accounts and cross-selling available products and services
• Presenting our services and solutions at prospect meetings
• Brought new business prospects to closure
• Maintaining solid business-to-business relationships

Qualifications

• Independent self-starter capable of selling and developing strong business-to-business relationships
• Confident professionals who are not afraid of cold-calling and developing new business
• Experienced and motivated individuals seeking career development
• 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
• Commercial Insurance sales experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $150,000 +/year depending on experience, and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
