Producer (Seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Closely involved with client teams on day-to-day texting production and reporting
• Deliver high-quality results across all aspects of texting program, including building, scheduling, and analyzing campaigns
• Manage texting programs, including A/B testing and expanded targeting based on return on ad spend
• Create and update performance trackers, and use results to optimize ongoing and future sends
• Communicate fundraising results with clients and provide recommendations based on performance
• Generate shortlinks and track click-through rates
• Proofread scripts and check shortlink redirect chains
• Coordinate with strategists to monitor, modify, and implement client send calendars
• Explore new technology options and platforms to find new and innovative ways to help clients reach their goals

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and quantitative skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfort exploring and working in new technology platforms
• Curiosity about new and better ways to do your work and interest in developing innovative solutions to help clients reach their goals

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advocacy CRMs such as NGPVAN/EveryActionActBlue or other nonprofit fundraising platforms
• Experience with peer-to-peer or broadcast texting tools, including Hustle, ThruText, Spoke, and Tatango
• Experience with nonprofit data services such as L2, Catalist, TargetSmart, or Aristotle
• Experience with shortlink services like Bit.ly, Rebrandly, or Capsulink

Salary & Benefits

The annual salary expectation for this role is $70,600. Message Digital offers:
