Producer / Project Manager (Design and Email)

We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join a team dedicated to supporting email and other communication for a large client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment where you will need to successfully juggle multiple projects and learn new proprietary tools with ease and grace. You should also be someone who loves keeping teams organized, be an excellent team player, and bring a calm, positive energy to everything you do. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end projects which include emails and other client push notifications. You’ll be partnering closely with clients and cross functional partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and at a high level of quality. You’ll act as the central hub, keeping designers, copywriters, and stakeholders aligned while proactively flagging risks and keeping things running smoothly. Being 10 steps ahead is a must. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of email design projects from kickoff through deliveryOwn schedules, timelines, and status updates across multiple teamsCoordinate cross-functional partners, including design, editorial, and client teamsLead clear, friendly, collaborative client communication and day-to-day project managementTrack progress, update statuses, feedback and ensure deliverables meet deadlinesIdentify potential issues early and proactively propose solutionsMaintain detailed project documentation and ensure accuracy across all materialsQC all work coming in and out, ensuring accuracy before client reviews and deliveriesFoster a collaborative, positive working environment for internal teams Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager, ideally in a creative and/or marketing environmentExperience managing email, digital marketing, or design-driven projectsComfortable using design tools like Figma, Google Slides or other design tools (reviewing designs, tracking feedback, coordinating revisions)Experience using project management or data management tools like Airtable, Google docs/sheets, etc, to track projects, schedules, and assetsProven ability to handle high-volume work while staying organized and detail-orientedStrong client management and communication skillsComfortable managing designers and copywriters across multiple projectsExceptionally reliable, responsive, and accountable Los Angeles based resources only.
