Producer, Photography - Pre-Production

Position Summary

Partners with Imagery Production to ensure alignment of postproduction resources with photo studio capacity by tracking and communicating photo shoot progress, identifying and resolving photo shoot issues, and notifying creative teams of photography completion.

What you'll do...

• Manages photo studio operations and production by coordinating studio floor resources, such as talent crew members and activities like workflow schedules and shot lists.
• Collaborates with photographers, stylists, and contractors to execute product photography.
• Partners with Merchandising and Item SetUp teams to confirm photography requests and enforce sample receipt deadlines and acceptance criteria.
• Maintains studio prop and set inventory, negotiates and enforces imagery Service Level Agreements (SLAs), vets and selects freelance photo crews, maintains and ensures use of style guides, and ensures operational best practices are maintained.
• Maintains and tracks studio production output by forecasting studio production capacity based on shot types and priorities, tracking and reporting on samples throughout the production lifecycle, providing reports of studio production performance to cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying production process improvements and recommending them to management.
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• Supports and implements business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy, demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Art, or related field and 1 year experience in professional digital photography or related field OR 3 years experience in digital photography production or operations, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• ECommerce merchandising, UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Business Management, or related area, Master's degree in Merchandising, Visual Design, Business Management, or related area.
