Producer (Photo, Video & Motion Production)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of photo, video, and motion projects (pre-production through post-production)
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules
• Build and maintain detailed shoot books, call sheets, and production documents
• SOURCE AND MANAGE CREWS, TALENT, VENDORS, LOCATIONS, AND PRODUCTION ASSETS
• PARTNER Closely WITH ACCOUNT SERVICES TO IDENTIFY, OUTREACH, AND SECURE TALENT
• PROACTIVELY “CHASE DOWN” ASSETS AND ENSURE ALL PRODUCTION ELEMENTS ARE SECURED ON SCHEDULE
• CONDUCT SHOPPING AND SOURCING FOR WARDROBE, PROPS, AND SET NEEDS AS REQUIRED
• COLLABORATE WITH CREATIVE DIRECTORS, CLIENTS, AND ACCOUNT TEAMS TO BRING CONCEPTS TO LIFE
• HANDLE PERMITS, INSURANCE, AND PRODUCTION LOGISTICS
• OVERSEE SHOOT DAYS, ENSURE SMOOTH EXECUTION AND PROBLEM-SOLVE ON THE FLY
• MANAGE POST-PRODUCTION WORKFLOWS, INCLUDING EDITORS, RETOUCHERS, AND MOTION TEAMS
• MANTAIN AND MANAGE TEAM SCHEDULES, TIMELINES, AND WORKFLOWS USING TRELLO
• ENSURE FINAL DELIVERABLES MEET QUALITY STANDARDS AND CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
• MANTAIN STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, FREELANCERS, AND VENDORS
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for shoots and production needs

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in production (agency, studio, or in-house)
• Proven experience producing photo, video, and motion projects
• Strong understanding of production budgets, scheduling, and logistics
• Experience building shoot books and managing detailed pre-production processes
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with clients, creatives, vendors, and internal teams
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressure
• Experience using project management tools (Trello preferred)
