Responsibilities
- Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilize Trucordia’s sales and marketing tools to execute results-driven activities, including cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the equine insurance focus area for long-term success.
- Manage a book of business to maintain high renewal rates.
- Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
- Follow Trucordia’s sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of sales tools and management platforms.
Requirements
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
- 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an insurance sales role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
