About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cross-functional team operations for interactive projects
• Track the team's schedule using various project management tools
• Lead key meetings including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Identify and eliminate obstacles while keeping team morale high
• Serve as a vital communicator and collaborator within the development team
• Coordinate closely with partners to ensure development is on track
• Advocate for the production vision and manage internal asset approvals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development/production for games or entertainment
• Strong grasp of high-quality game development and project management tools
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and solve complex problems
• Experience in producing AAA live-operated games across various platforms
• Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Jira, Excel, Confluence, Airtable, and Miro

Pay

$105,100 – $140,900 annually
