About the role

Aon is seeking a Producer to join the Commercial Risk team in the Midwest. This role involves building new relationships, collaborating with peers, and presenting risk solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products, and possess a strong sales process.

Responsibilities

• Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business
• Influence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present risk solutions
• Broaden consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative advice
• Solve complex business issues using Aon’s data and analytics
• Manage a portfolio of prospects' businesses

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products
• Demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process
• Current have or willingness to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C license(s)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 annually. Production incentives may also be awarded based on performance.
