Producer I
About the Company
We are seeking a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a disciplined approach to pipeline management, and the ability to engage confidently with business owners and executive decision-makers. They view themselves as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson and are motivated by growth, achievement, and long-term client success. They are equally comfortable prospecting for new opportunities, developing strategic account plans, collaborating with internal teams, and positioning sophisticated risk management solutions that create measurable value for clients. The best candidates will be attracted to the opportunity to accelerate growth within a platform that provides meaningful resources, strong carrier relationships, and a commitment to organic growth.
