About the role
We’re searching for a talented Game Producer based in Reno, NV to join our Vibe studio. You’ll manage the production of casino games for a global audience, focusing on planning, executing, and delivering projects while driving collaboration across teams and improving game development processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
- Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
- Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.
Requirements
- 1-3 years managing casino games or technical projects with 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Associates degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record delivering quality products on time; familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
- Strong communication skills; self-driven, proactive, and independent.
- Must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Reno, NV.

Pay
The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $90,000–$110,000 annually USD, based on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
