Producer - Full Time

Role: The Producer is responsible for generating new business and providing ongoing service to clients within an insurance brokerage setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and achieve sales targets, identify and qualify prospects, set appointments, and handle leads. Cross-sell multiple lines of business, prepare applications and marketing submissions, and present proposals to clients. Maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with Account Managers to design and sustain insurance programs, and ensure timely account servicing and problem resolution. Track production, assist with collections, and uphold the company's image in the community. Qualifications & Skills: Proven sales experience in intangible products, ability to identify potential clients, and Property & Casualty license. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel locally. Key Attributes: Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and industry-aware.
