Position Purpose

Supports producer contracting, appointment processing, and commission administration by performing operational and analytical activities. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of producer data, systems, and processes to effectively support sales teams and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Work Experience: 2–4 years of experience in producer contracting, commissions, sales operations, or related administrative/analytical role.

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools. Working knowledge of CRM systems, commission systems, or similar databases preferred.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to follow established processes and procedures within a regulated environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of insurance licensing, contracting, or compliance requirements preferred.

Physical Demands

Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within your scope of responsibilities. Job duties are performed in a normal and clean office environment with normal noise levels. The ability to comprehend, document, calculate, visualize, and analyze are required.
