Responsibilities

  • Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
  • Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate as needed.
  • Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework a plus.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency with broadcast equipment and automation systems.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours.
