Board Operator/Producer

Audacy St. Louis is seeking a part-time Board Operator/Producer to join the Programming team, covering both KMOX and KFTK. This role requires a passion for Sports and News/Talk radio, with a focus on digital content production and on-air execution.

Responsibilities

• Operate the control board, following station format and arranging commercials/IDs according to program logs
• Produce talk shows, sporting events, and on-site broadcasts under tight deadlines
• Edit and title podcasts to optimize reach across distribution platforms
• Collaborate with brand management, talent, executive producers, and newsroom staff
• Create original content for all social media platforms
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Adhere to all applicable laws and FCC regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• One year of experience producing or editing radio/audio content (preferred)
• Interest in news, current events, sports, and pop culture
• Proficiency in audio and video editing
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
