About the Role

Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer/Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dublin, OH. You will seek out new accounts and service existing accounts by helping clients choose warranty setups that best suit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various products to promote sales of vehicle service plans.
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources, needs, and existing service plan coverage.
• Call F&I Managers in auto dealerships to explain plans, suggest additions or changes to their selling techniques, and provide program implementation support.
• Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealers to implement.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure equitable settlement for both the client and the insurer.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services, as well as to develop new accounts.
• Train dealers on sales and F&I processes as needed.
• Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or financial-related discipline.

Pay

Annual pay range: $65,000.00.
