About the role

Aon is seeking individuals who are passionate about building new relationships and contributing to a sales culture where producers are highly valued and perform exceptionally. This role involves showcasing connections and networking capabilities to generate new business, influencing and collaborating with others to create strategic plans, and providing creative and applicable advice across Aon’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business
  • Influence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present a variety of risk solutions to meet client needs
  • Broaden your consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative and applicable advice across all of Aon’s solutions
  • Solve complex business issues using the data and analytics available at your fingertips from Aon’s research teams
  • Combine your eye for business with an understanding of current trends to support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects' businesses

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products and/or services
  • Demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process
  • Current possession or willingness to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C license(s)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

Schedule

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
