Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and policy renewals.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Analyze client policies and coverage to identify gaps and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, outlining coverage options and premiums.
- Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals in collaboration with underwriters and administrative staff.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably in a brokerage or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance management software.
