Produce Order Picker - Arctic Harvest Deliveries
About the role
Arctic Harvest Deliveries is hiring a Produce Order Picker to be at the heart of our daily operations. You'll ensure fresh, high-quality produce is accurately picked, packed, and staged for delivery to customers across the region. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment where attention to detail and physical stamina matter every shift.
What You'll Do
- Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick lists
- Inspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantity
- Pack and label orders to company standards
- Stage completed orders for loading and delivery
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to your supervisor
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of produce or related warehouse experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in cold storage (34–40°F) for extended periods
- Basic reading and counting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a scheduled shift
- Forklift or pallet jack certification is an asset — training available
