About the role

Responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. You’ll be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising. If you enjoy working with food, helping customers, and staying active in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods

Pay

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between $15.00 and $16.50 per hour, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
