What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide customer service; and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards; adhere to quality and safety guidelines; and leverage digital tools.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools for sales, improving the shopping experience, and engaging associates; make immediate business decisions; and encourage others to use new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use digital tools; manage inventory; eliminate waste; guide peers; and assist customers according to company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department; model high-quality service and products; execute basics at the highest level; and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies and standards; implement action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
